# Consent notice (registration)

> Show this as a standalone notice **before or with** the consent request, then an

**What we collect (itemised).** Name; mobile number; email (optional);
district or locality; highest qualification; trade or stream; years of
experience; job families and zones you choose; where you can work; shift
preference; accessibility needs (optional); preferred arrival slot. *(s.5(1)(i))*

**Why (purpose).** *(s.5(1)(i); s.6(1): only data needed for these purposes)*
1. To give you an arrival slot and a zone token for the fair.
2. To share your details **only with employers in the zones you chose**, for the
   roles on the published job board.
3. To log any offer you receive at the fair's central offer desk, so you get a
   copy and we can help if the terms change.
4. If you tick the optional box: to contact you after the fair (about joining,
   30 days and 90 days) to ask whether you joined and stayed, and to help with
   problems through the 90-day helpline.
5. To produce **anonymous** totals for the post-fair report.

**What we don't do.** We don't charge you. We don't sell or give your data to
anyone else. We don't ask about religion, caste or politics. We don't use your
data for any political or marketing purpose.

**How long we keep it.** Until {{RETENTION_DATE}}. After that we delete it or
keep only anonymous totals.

- **Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it:** {{LINK, or reply STOP to the SMS / WhatsApp number}}. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before you withdrew.
